Our trip to City Hall

As many of you are aware, our charity partner for the past 2 years has been ‘The Mayor’s Fund for London’. We were thrilled to be invited to City Hall this month to meet the team and have the opportunity to participate in one of their initiatives. ‘City Pitch’ provides the opportunity for young Londoners to make a difference by pitching their ideas to help their local community as well as develop vital project management and presentation skills in front a panel of expert judges. After taking our seats we were met with the delightful hosts Matthew and Shante who introduced the judges and contestants including Jamal Edwards MBE, City Pitch Ambassador and SBTV Founder! It was a fantastic occasion to hear more about what ‘The Mayor’s fund for London’ does and the workshops these children are participating in.
