Get exclusive ‘Illustrated’ Dior nails at Harrods

Cheval Knightsbridge is near Harrods For the next two weeks Dior is collaborating with nail expert Sophie Harris Greensladeon on exclusive new nail designs at   +Harrods   in London. As part of the ongoing Dior at Harrods event, the Parisian brand is offering lucky clients the chance to pimp their nails with four new designs by The Illustrated Nail, inspired by Raf Simons’ first Spring-Summer collection for the house. Trained as an illustrator, Harris Greenslade is becoming one of the big names to watch in nail art design, with her quirky creations and precise skills with a paint brush, and Dior is calling her work “little mini pieces of art on each fingernail.” The designs take their cue from Raf Simons’s abstract florals, vibrant color-blocking and shimmering organza effects. Harrods Partners With Dior On Store Takeover

The world known luxury department store in London is perfect to go shopping, to have a cup of coffee or even just to admire the windows. But even if you thought you know Harrods like the back of your hand, prepare to rediscover the store in a whole different - and french - way.  Harrods is partnering with Christian Dior on a huge-scale store takeover this spring. The famed department store will become a tribute to the French fashion house - featuring never-before-seen exhibitions, displays and in-store activity. From March 16 to April 14, Harrods, will be tranformed as part of a month-long feast of Christian Dior mixing ”French Savior Fair and British charm”. The Brompton Road store windows will be transformed by Dior's instantly recognisable colour scheme of grey and white. Some might say that, concerning tattoos, either you love it or you hate it. But this is false, there is also a third category: the ones that love tattos but don't have the courage to get permanently inked.  And for those, Dior has launched a very fashionable and temporary solution. If you want to attend the Holidays festivities with a new not-so-rebel attitude, Dior has released a limited edition collections of 24-carat gold tattos, meant to look like pieces jewellery. The 80 pounds set of Dior Grand Bal Golden Tattoos includes design of cuffs, delicate rings and charm bracelets composed of gold leafing.  Created by Dior jewellery designer Camille Miceli, the sets were made for the brand's Christmas theme based around the idea of a 17th Century Grand Ball.
