I spent a day with Maintenance Supervisor, Les, and team-mates Bono, Martin and Darren in the maintenance department and learnt just how a well-oiled machine like this residence operates. Les’ time at Cheval started 5 years ago when he was employed on a temporary maintenance cover, and quickly impressed to become a   permanent fixture.
