Pampered Pets at Cheval Residences

At Cheval Residences we aim to create the ideal home away from home for all our guests, which is why we welcome household pets in all our apartments. After all, they are important members of the family!

Hotels and Serviced Apartments are becoming more and more dog friendly, and at Cheval Residences, pets are made to feel as welcome as their human guests. We also understand that not leaving your beloved pet behind is of the utmost importance.

Dogs are by far the most popular choice of pet staying in our apartments, and they receive the same 5-star service as their human owners. On arrival your dog will receive a welcome kit including a comfy dog bed, blanket, bowl and toy, as well as some delicious doggy treats. We can also recommend some suggested walks so you can get to know the neighbourhood.

After all that exercise, at some of our residences like Cheval Three Quays, our pet-friendly riverside apartments and penthouses are perfect for that well deserved rest. They even have a monthly #ChevalPetPinup each month, where one lucky friend is named and receives a framed photo of themselves on the front desk.
It’s not just dogs – in the past we’ve welcomed cats, birds and even rabbits!

Cheval Three Quays Marks Remembrance Day with a donation to the British Legion

Crowds gather to witness the nightly ceremony at the Tower of London. To mark the centenary of the end of the First World War, Cheval Three Quays has pledged to donate a week’s profits from two of its apartments facing the Tower of London to the Royal British Legion charitable fund. The Royal British Legion provides lifelong support for the Armed Forces community – serving men and women, veterans and their families. Many of the building’s apartments face directly onto the 1,000 year-old castle, offering a unique perspective of the moving tribute taking place until the 11 th  November, as 10,000 flames are lit in the moat on a nightly basis. The installation, entitled ‘Beyond the Deepening Shadow: The Tower Remembers’, is intended to honour the sacrifice of the many who fell during the four-year conflict.
