Cheval Residences dominates TripAdvisor rankings

Cheval Residences has five of its six properties ranked in the top 10 on TripAdvisor in the category of Speciality Lodging for London. The properties to make the top ten are Cheval Three Quays at the Tower of London (number one), Cheval Gloucester Park (number three) Cheval Knightsbridge (number seven), Cheval Phoenix House at Sloane Square (number eight) and Cheval Harrington Court in South Kensington (number nine). Cheval Thorney Court is also in a prominent position at number 22. There are 986 properties in the Speciality Lodging category, which covers serviced apartments, hostels, special interest accommodation and accommodation open less than six months of the year. To be listed in this section, the accommodation must have daily onsite staff and a minimum stay of no more than seven nights. Guest satisfaction and feedback are measured by the residences’ online guest questionnaire and reviews on TripAdvisor. For the 2018 year to date, the Cheval portfolio has scored 97 per

John Philipson joins Cheval Residences as operations director

Cheval Residences  is delighted to announce the appointment of seasoned luxury hotels and resorts management professional John Philipson as operations director. Philipson will be dedicated to offering outstanding service to guests across the portfolio of five-star residences. Prior to joining Cheval Residences, Philipson, who has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, held several senior positions at Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spas, Rocco Forte Hotels and MacDonald Hotels & Resorts. In his role as Vice President of Operations for Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spas, Philipson was responsible for spearheading the performance of properties in Thailand, Vietnam, China, Seychelles, Maldives, Portugal Jordan and Oman, with a focus on profitability, reputation and overall product and service quality. Cheval Residences celebrates its fourth year of Ham Polo

This summer, luxury London based serviced apartment specialist, Cheval Residences celebrates its 4th annual Cheval Cup at Ham Polo Club, Richmond.  On Sunday 8 July, Cheval Residences will welcome guests, including colleagues, clients, partners, media and industry contacts, to a relaxed and entertaining drinks reception, luncheon and an afternoon of polo. With polo grounds in Richmond, only eight miles from Hyde Park Corner,  Ham Polo Club  is the last remaining polo club in Greater London.
