Vintage Magazine Shop in Soho, London

Cheval Knightsbridge is a few stations from Soho.
Packed with pictures of icons, stars and stylers, and not adverse to some greetings cards humour, this shop is a good option for cards for any occasion. But why settle for a card when you can write all over a 12 inch Elvis stand-up? In the Vintage Magazine Shop, magazines, comics, adverts and posters make for great presents with the retro appeal of a by-gone era. There are also regular signings by celebrities from stage and screen, Joanna Lumley, Britt Ekland and George Lazenby among them.
A fun shop for a fun browse.  Including all the, t-shirts, mags, and other bits and bobs that this shop sells, the all time favourite must be the film posters.  As a film lover of all films, and especially old ones, you'll love to know where to find a good old classic original poster.
This particular shop includes film posters from titles such as Vertigo, the Goonies, Blow Up, Dracula and many more.  Each posters will only set you back by 10 pound…

Cheval Hyde Park Gate is close to the Hyde Park.
Autumn is a very special season. It is elegant, poetic and have a unique beauty, that only writes can describe.
That's why we made a list of the most beautiful places in London to appreciate the colors of Autumn:
The Hampton Court Palace , the most important residence of Henry VIII during his reign , was built in the middle of a park on a bend of the River Thames . Surrounding the Palace are over 25,000 square meters of gardens , including the beautiful Privvy Gardens that follows symmetrical patterns , similar to the classical French gardens . But the gardens are the Tiltyard , Wilderness and the gardens of the twentieth century that are especially beautiful in the fall.

New Louboutins "Les Nudes" at Harrods

Cheval Phoenix House is near +Harrods.
The Parisian shoe designer Christian Louboutin has taken another look at the ‘nude’ shoe, and is offering customers a choice of colors to match their skin tone, part of a growing trend.
For a long time we’ve been describing shoes (and other clothing items) as ‘nude’, without thinking twice about what exactly ‘nude’ means, when for plenty of luxury consumers, so-called ‘nude’ items provide certain contrast to their own nude skin tone.
With the new collections, Les Nudes, Christian Louboutin has stepped in with a range of new nude shoes, hitting select stores this month, designed to more fully match a range of human skin colors.
Five classic Louboutin styles (including the celebrity red carpet favorite, the Pigalle model) have been reimagined in five new nude shades from a light blush to a dark chestnut color. "This collection offers a spectrum of nude, re-imagining the perception of the color as a pale blush, and introducing it as the color of fl…

Gymkhana London - an inspiring Indian restaurant

Cheval Thorney Court is near Gymkhana Indian Restaurant
Gymkhana is inspired by the Colonial Indian gymkhana clubs, and this is certainly reflected in the colonial style interiors of dark wood, marble, ceiling fans and black and white photographs of proud looking Indian businessmen from the time.
If you’re visiting Gymkhana for dinner, insist you sit downstairs where the clubby, subdued lighting really comes into play. Pick a booth and look out onto the bar sending out beautifully coloured cocktails from a creative list on ornate silver trays.
The menu consists of bar snacks, Kebabs and Tikkas, Game and Chops, Curry and Biryani and Sabzi (side) dishes. The impressively large-scale menu allows for lots of ordering, and sharing is definitely the way to go here. Highlights are plentiful, but particular stars are the Keralan Moilee Mussels served with Curry Leaf and Garlic Naan – so good we had to order a second naan to soak up the sauce.
Lasooni Wild Tiger Prawns with a Red Pepper Chutney we…

Choccywoccydoohdah - Buy chocolate like never before

Cheval Knightsbridge is close to Choccywoccydoohdah London in Carnaby.
Why it took us so long to talk about this place is beyond our understanding. And we are sorry for that. But if you love chocolate you will forgive us, because this tip is better than winning Willy Wonka's golden ticket.
Choccywoccydoodah is more than just a chocolate shop. This London chocolate emporium has a ground floor shop selling creations to take home today as well as feature pieces to inspire bespoke orders. Heading up one floor there is a chocolate cafe where you can indulge your cravings and at the top of the building there is The Secret Room - a chocolate boudoir that can be booked for private events.
The Shop The exterior of the building is painted black and the interior is all bright red making many raise comparisons and concerns with sex shop styling but this is a chocolate fantasyland.
The Choccywoccydoodah cakes and 'sculptured fantasies' are outrageous in size and style. Everything is kitsch …

Bentley Motors and Vintage Classics are partnering for a 500-copy limited run of James Bond debut “Casino Royale,” pricing the leather-cased copies at £750 apiece.
The Bentley link is in reference to James Bond’s affinity for the performance cars, and Random House furnishes the limited edition accordingly.
