For a few weeks from now, we will dedicate the one post a week to show the best Restaurants in London that offer private rooms for dining.


Tempo offers contemporary Italian cuisine in the heart of Mayfair with a cozy, relaxed and intimate feel. The menu is influenced by the chef’s time in Sorrento and features cicchetti (Italian small plates) and many sharing dishes. The wine list is a small, eclectic selection of 65 wines, primarily featuring top small producers from Italy.

One of Tempo’s most striking areas is the stylish first floor bar, with its large floor to ceiling windows overlooking Curzon Street. The private room is suitable for breakfast meeting, lunches and dinners, seating up to 24 people or 40 people for receptions and private parties. The room can also be combined with the Bar next door for exclusive use of the first floor.

Tempo’s head chef, Yoshi Yamada just won the first Pasta World Championship, held at the Academia Barilla in Parma.

Cheval Three Quays Marks Remembrance Day with a donation to the British Legion

Crowds gather to witness the nightly ceremony at the Tower of London. To mark the centenary of the end of the First World War, Cheval Three Quays has pledged to donate a week’s profits from two of its apartments facing the Tower of London to the Royal British Legion charitable fund. The Royal British Legion provides lifelong support for the Armed Forces community – serving men and women, veterans and their families. Many of the building’s apartments face directly onto the 1,000 year-old castle, offering a unique perspective of the moving tribute taking place until the 11 th  November, as 10,000 flames are lit in the moat on a nightly basis. The installation, entitled ‘Beyond the Deepening Shadow: The Tower Remembers’, is intended to honour the sacrifice of the many who fell during the four-year conflict.
