Our Autumn picks this season.

It’s officially Autumn and with the leaves turning gold and a chill in the air we all know it’s time to take that jacket out of hibernation once again or shop for a fabulous new one! London is bursting with activities this season and here is a pick of our favourite things to do.

The famous Trafalgar Square hosts many events all year round and October 12th marks this year’s Diwali celebrations. Partake in the ‘Festival of Lights’ and experience traditional Asian music and dance before exploring the bazaar and watching the dazzling fireworks. http://bit.ly/1okt533

Daylight Saving Time ends on the 26th October and that means shorter days and longer nights! London is at its most beautiful in the dark so why not make the most of this opportunity and admire the lights at Piccadilly Circus or Harrods? http://bit.ly/1my1pft

Ghosts and ghouls are not the only ones who love Halloween in London! Why not take a trip to the London Dungeon on the 31st October and get scared silly during this interactive Halloween experience? If you’ve been keeping up with the Cheval Facebook account you will have noticed our support for the #TowerPoppies campaign. Cheval Three Quays Marks Remembrance Day with a donation to the British Legion

Crowds gather to witness the nightly ceremony at the Tower of London. To mark the centenary of the end of the First World War, Cheval Three Quays has pledged to donate a week’s profits from two of its apartments facing the Tower of London to the Royal British Legion charitable fund. The Royal British Legion provides lifelong support for the Armed Forces community – serving men and women, veterans and their families. Many of the building’s apartments face directly onto the 1,000 year-old castle, offering a unique perspective of the moving tribute taking place until the 11 th  November, as 10,000 flames are lit in the moat on a nightly basis. The installation, entitled ‘Beyond the Deepening Shadow: The Tower Remembers’, is intended to honour the sacrifice of the many who fell during the four-year conflict.
