Cheval Residences dominates TripAdvisor rankings

Cheval Residences has five of its six properties ranked in the top 10 on TripAdvisor in the category of Speciality Lodging for London.
The properties to make the top ten are Cheval Three Quays at the Tower of London (number one), Cheval Gloucester Park (number three) Cheval Knightsbridge (number seven), Cheval Phoenix House at Sloane Square (number eight) and Cheval Harrington Court in South Kensington (number nine). Cheval Thorney Court is also in a prominent position at number 22.

There are 986 properties in the Speciality Lodging category, which covers serviced apartments, hostels, special interest accommodation and accommodation open less than six months of the year. To be listed in this section, the accommodation must have daily onsite staff and a minimum stay of no more than seven nights.
Guest satisfaction and feedback are measured by the residences’ online guest questionnaire and reviews on TripAdvisor. For the 2018 year to date, the Cheval portfolio has scored 97 per cent for staff, 95 per cent for location, 95 per cent for service, 92 per cent for reception and 100 per cent for the internet.

Cheval Three Quays Marks Remembrance Day with a donation to the British Legion

Crowds gather to witness the nightly ceremony at the Tower of London. To mark the centenary of the end of the First World War, Cheval Three Quays has pledged to donate a week’s profits from two of its apartments facing the Tower of London to the Royal British Legion charitable fund. The Royal British Legion provides lifelong support for the Armed Forces community – serving men and women, veterans and their families. Many of the building’s apartments face directly onto the 1,000 year-old castle, offering a unique perspective of the moving tribute taking place until the 11 th  November, as 10,000 flames are lit in the moat on a nightly basis.
