Cocktails made with love

Some would say Summer is all about cocktails and fun and we have to agree! This week we hosted a fabulous client event at Cheval Harrington Court serving up healthy and happy mocktails to all our wonderful guests courtesy of family run local South Kensington juicers D McKay Fruiterers (19A Harrington Road, South Kensington, SW7 3ES). These brothers who juice have a strict fresh and pure policy with a no additives or preservatives rule!

Ian and co have kindly shared their recipe for these beautiful mocktails with us below.

Cheval Harrington Red
Luscious strawberries
Seeded raspberries
Bouncy blackberries
Crisp green apples

For those wanting an inside affair, a short taxi ride from Cheval Phoenix House will take you to Sophie’s. This wonderful steakhouse has a bursting cocktail menu with an elite selection of martinis! Our favourite has to be the lychee, gin and vodka concoction!

Cheval Three Quays Marks Remembrance Day with a donation to the British Legion

Crowds gather to witness the nightly ceremony at the Tower of London. To mark the centenary of the end of the First World War, Cheval Three Quays has pledged to donate a week’s profits from two of its apartments facing the Tower of London to the Royal British Legion charitable fund. The Royal British Legion provides lifelong support for the Armed Forces community – serving men and women, veterans and their families. Many of the building’s apartments face directly onto the 1,000 year-old castle, offering a unique perspective of the moving tribute taking place until the 11 th  November, as 10,000 flames are lit in the moat on a nightly basis. The installation, entitled ‘Beyond the Deepening Shadow: The Tower Remembers’, is intended to honour the sacrifice of the many who fell during the four-year conflict.
