Whose Wine is it Anyway at Le Cafe Anglais in Bayswater

Is it a game? Is it a wine tasting? It actually is a fun twist on a wine tasting night:  Five wines to taste with matching antipasti starters, a knockout wine quiz, and the option to stay on for dinner with your own BYOB wine.

Le Café Anglais already creates the experience of exciting new pleasures and forgotten tastes of days gone by in an elegant, stylish setting. And now puts together their strengh, the drinks, with a memorable meal and a challenge for the wine lovers.

The event in the host's words: "Rowley Leigh and WineChap, Tom Harrow, are joining forces once again for a series of the ultimate in entertaining wine nights with a twist.
Following on from the success of Vin v Vino in 2012, the new year brings ‘Whose wine is it anyway?’ where oenophiles and novices alike can pit their knowledge against WineChap and Rowley in this fun take on a traditional wine-tasting.
Attendees will be served a series of five wines, with matched antipasti, before their wine knowledge is put to the test in a knock-out battle...get the question right and you’ll stay in the game; get it wrong and retire to the benches until the next round. The prize at stake is a bottle of Bollinger - so who will be the last man standing to claim it?
Continue with a special two-course set menu available for just £20, plus BYO with no corkage charge."
